STA Graydon consolidates global outsourcing division

The receivables outsourcing division of debt collection and credit management agency STA Graydon is currently experiencing rapid expansion on a global basis. Jim Doherty has recently been appointed director of outsourcing to head up the international service. Speaking from STA Graydon's outsourcing headquarters in London, Jim commented:

Managing Director Colin Thomas MICM added: "To accommodate the growing number of global receivables outsourcing contracts, we needed to consolidate international operations. Our parent company has offices across the USA, with an outsourcing centre in Dallas, which has recently become more closely involved with UK operations. Jim was the natural choice to head up the operation. With a strong background in outsourcing, and having been involved in commercial collections training with the ICM, Jim's involvement will enhance a service that is going from strength to strength."
